§ 111.41 SELLING FROM VEHICLES ON STREETS; SPECIAL EVENTS.

No person shall allow a vehicle or any form of conveyance to remain standing at one location on a street or other public property for the purpose of the display for sale or for selling goods or services for longer than five minutes at a time.
