(A) Every person convicted of a violation of any provision in this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be punished by a fine of not less than $5 nor more than $50 or by revocation of such person’s license for a period not to exceed 6 months or both such fine and license revocation.

(B) Any person operating a vehicle in violation of § 74.13 shall be subject to a fine of not less than $25 nor more than $50.
