(A) Any motorized vehicle which cannot be licensed as a motor vehicle for use on Illinois highways under the statutes of the State of Illinois shall not be operated on the streets, alleys or sidewalks within the corporate limits of the city, or in any park or other city owned property within the corporate limits.
(B) Any motorized vehicles, commonly known as snowmobiles, minibikes, trailbikes, all terrain vehicles and other similar vehicles which are not licensed for use on Illinois highways under statutes of the State of Illinois shall not be operated on the streets, alleys, sidewalks or within the parks of the city.
