(A) Violations. Each of the following provisions of the Illinois Vehicle Code (ILCS Ch. 625, Act 5) is henceforth a violation of the City of LaSalle Code of Ordinances: Provisions and regulations governing standing, parking, or weights of vehicles of the Illinois Vehicle Code and additionally:

(B) Administrative adjudication of violation. An alleged violation of any section of the State of Illinois Vehicle Code enumerated in division (A) above of this section shall be considered a violation of this section and the City of LaSalle Code of Ordinances and shall be subject to administrative adjudication pursuant to the administrative adjudication system of the City of LaSalle, §§ 37.01 et seq. of the LaSalle Code of Ordinances as an additional non-exclusive remedy in regard to the violations of any section of the State of Illinois Vehicle Code enumerated in division (A) above.
(C) Fines. The operator of any vehicle violating or failing to comply with the provisions of the State of Illinois Vehicle Code adopted by reference in division (A) above shall upon a finding of such violation if prosecuted under the City of LaSalle administrative adjudication system be fined as set forth including, but not limited to, in § 37.11 and § 37.14 hereof.
