§ 33.01  BOARD OF FIRE AND POLICE COMMISSIONERS TO APPOINT MEMBERS.
   The Board of Fire and Police Commissioners provided for under ILCS Ch. 65, Act 5, §§ 10-2.1-1 et seq., in the city, shall appoint all officers and members of Police Department and all full-time members of the Fire Department, with the exception of the Chief of Police and the Chief of the Fire Department.
