(A) For an airport, heliport, hospital, industrial park, mobile home park or travel trailer park, penal or correctional institution, private recreational develop- ment, public utility substation or exchange, or shopping center, the plan furnished under §§ 157.115 and 157.116 above must also include a plan of landscape development.
(B) As a condition of issuing a permit, the Building Commissioner may require the relocation of any structure or of any entrance or exit, or the inclusion of an entrance or exit not shown on the plan, if the requirement is necessary in the interests of the public welfare or to an appropriate balancing of the interests of persons in the district and vicinity concerned.
