A person who applies for an improvement location or building permit under § 157.115 above must furnish the Building Commissioner with a plan drawn, showing the following:
(A) The legal description of the land and the address or general location;
(B) The location and size of all buildings already on the land and also those to be erected;
(C) The size of all entrances to and exits from the land;
(D) Location of property boundaries;
(E) All adjacent streets and highways;
(F) The estimated cost of construction; and
(G) Drainage plan as appropriate or necessary.
