(A) The duty imposed on each lot owner by this covenant shall begin when the soil or the trees, bushes, or other vegetation on the lot are first disturbed to begin the construction process, and shall continue indefinitely thereafter.
(B) This covenant does not require that a lot owner or contractor, or anyone else providing erosion control, use any particular method or device; but may use any method or devices, or any combination of methods or devices, that provide the erosion control required by this covenant.
