§ 153.024  STAFF REVIEW.
   (A)   Following the submission of an application for the primary approval of a plat, the application shall be reviewed by the staff of the Commission in accordance with I.C. 36-7-4-705.
   (B)   (1)   Within 30 days after receipt of an application, the staff shall review the request for technical conformity with the requirements as set forth in the code, and return one copy of the application with corrections to the subdivider for corrections or updates. 
      (2)   The subdivider shall re-submit to the staff of the Commission any corrections or updates.
   (C)   Within 30 days after receipt of the corrected or updated application, the staff shall set a date for a hearing before the Commission.  In accordance with I.C. 36-7-4-706, the staff shall take the following actions:
      (1)   Notify the applicant in writing of the hearing date;
      (2)   Give notice of the hearing by publication in a newspaper of general circulation in accordance with I.C. 5-3-1;
      (3)   Provide that due notice is given to interested parties at least ten days before the date set for the hearing.  The manner in which this shall be accomplished is set forth in §§ 150.35 through 150.46; and
      (4)   The staff shall submit notification of findings and approval to the Plan Commission.
