§ 150.46  AMENDMENTS TO RULES AND PROCEDURES.
   (A)   The Commission may make amendments to the rules and procedures at the regular scheduled meeting.  Amendment shall be by two-thirds of the vote of the Commission.
   (B)   The Plan Commission may suspend, by unanimous consent of all the Commission members present, rules and procedures as they deem necessary for the appropriate conduct of any hearing.
