§ 153.007 CONFORMANCE WITH DESIGN AND IMPROVEMENT STANDARDS.

The subdivision plan shall conform to the principles and standards of design as set forth in §§ 153.075 through 153.132 and Appendices B and C to this chapter, in order to qualify for primary approval (I.C. 36-7-4-702).
