SCHEDULE V.  STOP INTERSECTIONS AND SIGNS.
   (A)   The County Board of Commissioners has the authority under I.C. 9-21-4-11, in accordance with the Indiana Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways, to designate stop signs at intersections.
   (B)   After the intersections listed in divisions (C) and (D) below are posted, it shall be an infraction under I.C. 9-21-4-19 for any person to disregard these signs.

   (C)   Upon the County Police Department and the County Highway Department recommendation that it is essential for the safety of the traveling public to erect stop signs, the following locations are designated.
