(A) Refer to § 10.99 of this code for penalties.
(B) In addition to the fines listed as a penalty for violations of this title, the county may bring action against the owner and operator who violates any provisions of this title and recover the costs of damages sustained.
(C) Anyone who violates Chapter 74, Schedule III as it relates to Servers Road shall be subject to a fine of $500. Anyone who fails to pay such fine and legal action is necessary to enforce the requirements of that provision in the enforcement of the violation and penalties of this division may be subject to a penalty not to exceed $2,500 plus attorney fees and costs of this enforcement.
