SCHEDULE II.  OPERATION BY SEMI-TRUCKS; PROHIBITIONS.
   (A)   For the purpose of this schedule, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      SEMI-TRUCK.  Any truck or trailer or combination thereof, exceeding 24,000 pounds or 12 tons gross vehicle weight, other than road and highway maintenance equipment.
   (B)   Pursuant to I.C. 9-20-1-3, it shall be unlawful for any semi-truck to operate on the following designated highways unless otherwise provided.  The County Highway Department is to post all streets and roadways listed below with a sign indicating that semi-truck traffic is prohibited, including time limitations, if applicable.
