(A) No motor vehicle shall park on county road rights-of-way, shoulders, or along the side of county highways, other than emergency situations and road and highway repair and maintenance equipment, farm implements, and vehicles making pick-ups or deliveries, loading or unloading, minimizing the time necessary to park on county road rights-of-way.
(B) “No Parking” signs shall be posted by the County Highway Department intermittently on county roads as the County Highway Engineer deems necessary to carry out the purpose and intent of this section.
