§ 71.02  BRIDGE LOAD LIMITS.
   (A)   The county is authorized to reduce the gross load weight allowed whenever it determines that the maximum load is greater than a bridge can sustain without serious damage or with safety to itself.
   (B)   Upon fixing the gross weight allowed by ordinance, signs indicating the gross weight allowed on any given bridge shall be posted in a conspicuous place at each end of the structure to which they shall apply pursuant to applicable state law.

   (C)   The county shall post all bridges over 20 feet in length which have a load limit capacity of less than 16 tons.
