§ 70.16  VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   It shall be a violation of this code for any operator of any vehicle to operate the vehicle on public rights-of-way located in unincorporated areas of the county in violation of any posted traffic-control signs, weight limits, or special permits granted by the County Highway Department Supervisor. 
   (B)   Further, it shall be a violation of this code for an owner of a vehicle to knowingly permit an agent, representative, or employee to operate upon a public right-of-way in the unincorporated area of the county any vehicle which exceeds the weight limits posted upon that right-of-way.
