§ 111.05  INSPECTIONS.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Health Department to inspect tattoo and body piercing facilities at least annually to determine compliance with this chapter.
   (B)   Inspections are to made at reasonable times with due regard to the nature of the business to be inspected.
