§ 51.036  SEWER SERVICE RATES.
   (A)   The town’s sanitary sewer service rates shall be established from time to time by the Board of Alderpersons.
   (B)   A current schedule of the rates shall be maintained on file in the office of the Town Administrator/Town Clerk.
