The following schedule of charges is established for water and sewer taps.
(A) Water.

(1) All water taps inside the town larger than two inches will be made at the rate of cost, plus 15%.
(2) All water taps outside the town larger than two inches will be made at the rate of double the cost, plus 15%.
(B) Sewer.

(1) All sewer taps inside the town larger than four inches will be made at the rate of cost, plus 15%.
(2) All sewer taps outside the town larger than four inches will be made at the rate of double the cost, plus 15%.
(3) All sewer taps to the town sewer system shall be paid for by the customer prior to the water tap connection being made.
