The conditions for industrial and business shall be the same as for residential, except for the following.
(A) The holding capacity shall not exceed 55 gallons.
(B) Must be placed so as to be accessible to the collection truck.
(C) Baling and boxing is permissible.
(D) All boxes shall be cut down and tied into bundles or placed so as not to be loose refuse.
(E) Special receptacles and trash houses may be used, but must be approved by the town. The town may require them to be locked and a key furnished the town for access for collection.
