§ 50.15  PERMISSIBLE CONTENT.
   (A)   It shall be permissible for dirt, rocks, brick, concrete, leaves and small limbs to be used for landfills.
   (B)   Garbage is not permitted, nor is material of an offensive or unsightly nature.
   (C)   The owner is responsible for keeping the site in a neat and orderly manner.
