That it shall be a misdemeanor for any person to fire a gun, pistol, firecracker, Roman candle or any explosive within the corporate limits of Landis unless by permission from the board of alderpersons, and said board shall not have power to suspend this section more than 24 consecutive hours. Any person violating this section shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine of up to twenty-five dollars ($25.00) or imprisonment of up to 30 days.
