(A) Collection of personal and real property taxes. It shall be the duty of the Town Tax Collector to collect all personal and real property taxes due to the town.

(B) Collection of privilege and license taxes. It shall be the duty of the Town Tax Collector, in cooperation with the Administrator/Clerk and Treasurer, to collect all privilege and license taxes.

(C) Disposition of money collected. It shall be the duty of the Town Tax Collector to pay over, each day to the Administrator/Clerk and Treasurer, all money collected.

(D) Monthly report of collections. It shall be the duty of the Town Tax Collector to file a detailed report each month with the Board of Alderpersons showing the amount of money collected and from what source.

(E) Additional duties. It shall be the duty of the Town Tax Collector to perform, in addition to the duties set out in this subchapter, all duties required of him or her by law.
