§ 31.030  TOWN ADMINISTRATOR/TOWN CLERK AND TREASURER.
   (A)   The offices of Town Administrator/Town Clerk and Town Treasurer are hereby combined and shall be held by a person whose title shall be the Administrator/Clerk and Treasurer.

   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Administrator/Clerk and Treasurer to attend all meetings of the Board of Alderpersons.
