§ 154.065  ANCHORS FOR NEW CONSTRUCTION, SUBSTANTIAL IMPROVEMENTS.
   In all areas of special flood hazard the following provisions are required. All new construction and substantial improvements shall be anchored to prevent flotation, collapse or lateral movement of the structure.
