(A) This chapter shall apply to all areas of special flood hazard within the jurisdiction of the town.
(B) The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in its Flood Insurance Study for the town, dated 6-2-1977, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps, Flood Boundary and Floodway Maps, and other supporting data, as well as any revisions thereto are adopted by reference and declared to be a part of this chapter.
