§ 154.001 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.

In the legislature of G.S. Chapters 160, Article 19, Parts 3, 5, and 8 and of Chapter 160A, Article 8, delegated the responsibility to local governmental units to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety and general welfare of its citizenry. Therefore, the Board of Alderpersons of the town, does ordain this chapter.
