§ 30.19  MINUTES.
   A complete and accurate account of all the proceedings of the Board of Alderpersons shall be kept. Every resolution adopted or made by the Board of Alderpersons and every petition submitted to it, which is not set out in full in the minutes, shall be filed in an exhibit book and by proper reference shall be made a part of the minutes. The minutes of each meeting shall be read at the subsequent meeting and upon being approved by the Board of Alderpersons shall be signed by the Town Administrator/Town Clerk.
