(A) Recess. A regular or special meeting of the Board of Alderpersons and any recessed meeting thereof may recess to the time prior to the next regular meeting date as may be fixed by the Board of Alderpersons.

(B) Motion to adjourn. At a meeting of the Board of Alderpersons, a motion to adjourn shall have precedence over all other motions and shall be acted upon immediately and without debate.

(C) When motion to reconsider may be made. A motion to reconsider shall not be in order unless made not later than the next regular meeting of the Board of Alderpersons.
