§ 30.16 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

    Whenever a regular meeting of the Board of Alderpersons shall be organized, the order of business shall be as follows:

   (A)   Reading and approving or correction of minutes;

   (B)   Reception of petitions;

   (C)   Reports of committees;

   (D)   Report of officers;

   (E)   Recommendations by the Mayor;

   (F)   Unfinished business;

   (G)    New business;

   (H)   Auditing bills; and

   (I)   Adjournment.
