(A) No employee, firm, corporation, organization, school, governmental agency, Mayor or member of the Board of Alderpersons of the town, shall use the town equipment, supplies, property or materials for personal use and all town equipment, supplies, property or materials shall only be used for official town business, projects or work.
(B) This prohibition of the use of town equipment shall not apply to the use of town equipment in honoring mutual aid agreements with other governmental agencies entered into pursuant to the authority granted by law.
