For the purpose of prescribing regulations governing conditions hazardous to life and property from fire or explosion, there are hereby adopted those certain codes known as the most current North Carolina State Fire Code and the most current National Fire Protection Association Code, being particularly the current edition thereof and the whole thereof, save and except the portions as are hereinafter deleted, modified or amended by this subchapter, and the codes, copies of which are and shall remain on file in the office of the Town Administrator/Town Clerk, are hereby incorporated in and made a part of this section as fully as though they were set out at length herein.
