§ 131.12  VIOLATION BY JUVENILE.
   (A)   Except as provided by § 131.15 of this subchapter, the following offenses constitute a violation of this subchapter.
   (B)   A juvenile commits an offense by being present or remaining in any public place or on the premises of any establishment within the town during the restricted hours.
