§ 131.02 PARKS, RECREATION AREAS, GREENWAYS PROHIBITED TO SEX OFFENDERS.

No registered sex offender shall enter into or upon any town parks, recreation areas and greenways operated by the town. Each entry into the areas, regardless of the time period between the entries, shall constitute a separate offense under this subchapter.
