§ 130.01  FISHING IN TOWN LAKES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the town lakes at any time except as outlined.
   (A)   No fishing shall be allowed in Lake Wright at any time.
   (B)   (1)   Fishing is allowed by permit only in Lake Corriher and the Town Reservoir.
      (2)   The town Department of Parks shall establish permits, fees, rules and regulations for the purpose of recreational fishing.
