§ 97.02  PERMIT REQUIRED FOR PARADE OR PUBLIC MEETING.
   (A)   No procession or parade shall occupy, march or proceed along any street, sidewalk or any other public place, nor shall any person conduct any public or private meeting on any street, sidewalk or other public place in the town except in accordance with a permit issued by the Chief of Police and such other regulations as are set forth in this section which may apply.

   (B)   The erection (including excavation), demolition, alteration or repair of any building in a residential or business district other than between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., on weekdays, except in the case of urgent necessity in the interest of public safety and then only with a permit from the Building Inspector, which permit may be renewed for a period of three days or less while the emergency continues.
