§ 94.51  REGISTRATION OF SYSTEMS; PROPERTY TRANSFER NOTIFICATION.
   (A)   No alarm user shall operate, or cause to be operated, an alarm system at a location within the corporate limits of the town without a valid alarm registration. Upon the transfer of property, the individual transferring the property shall immediately notify the town that sale of the property has been made and provide the necessary contact information of the individual who has purchased the property.
   (B)   Upon the passing of this subchapter, all individuals within the town shall within 60 days call and register with the Police Department the appropriate telephone and/or contact numbers. That information provided by the alarm user for registration shall be used solely for the purpose of administering the elements of this subchapter with access restricted to the Alarm Administrator and designated fire and law enforcement personnel. Public access to this information shall be prohibited.
   (C)   Upon the ordinance being passed by the Board of Alderpersons, the town shall advertise to the general public by way of monthly billing to all property owners of the necessity of the registration.
   (D)   Upon approval of the application by the Alarm Administrator, a permit shall be issued for a fee of $5 for all existing alarm systems and a fee of $25 for all new permits.
