(A) Responsibility for maintenance and repairs to new and existing driveway entrances or exits shall rest with the property owner. Upon receipt of a notice to repair damaged pavement, the property owner shall make the necessary repairs within 60 days in accordance with the requirements set forth in this section.

(B) The property owner shall be responsible for removing all debris and surplus materials upon completion of the work and shall maintain the premises in a safe manner, providing adequate barricades and lights at his or her own expense to protect the safety of the public using adjacent streets or sidewalks, and shall hold the town free and harmless from all damages for liability incurred.
