§ 93.079  DRIVEWAY CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS.
   (A)   When portland cement concrete is used to pave a driveway entrance, the thickness shall not be less than six inches and, where asphaltic concrete is used, the thickness shall not be less than two inches with a four-inch stone base.

   (B)   All entrances to residential driveways constructed shall be paved with portland cement concrete for a distance of not less than 24 inches from the back of the curb, and if no paved sidewalk parallels the property line, the remainder of the distance to the property line may be paved with bituminous concrete, portland cement concrete or crushed gravel. The foregoing requirement is subject to the proviso that residential driveways from the streets that do not have concrete curbs and gutters and do not have paved sidewalks shall be constructed of crushed gravel, bituminous or portland cement concrete from the travel portion of the street to the property line.
