When driveway entrances are constructed to serve apartments, townhouses or multi-family residences, the entrances may be 24 feet in width, measured at the curb line, with not more than two entrances to the same property from the same street. When two driveway entrances are constructed, there shall be at least 25 feet between driveway entrances, measured at the curb line.
