No driveway entrance shall be permitted to intersect the radius of any street corner or interfere with intersections, sidewalks (or no closer than 15 feet to the intersection or right-of-way line, whichever is greater), traffic signals, lamp standards, fire hydrants or other public improvements, unless specific approval is given by the Director of Public Works and necessary adjustments to public improvements or installations are accomplished without cost to the town.
