§ 93.024  WARNINGS AROUND OPENING REQUIRED.
   Every person making an opening in any street or sidewalk of the town shall protect the same in the daytime by means of a red flag and barricades and, at night, reel lights of sufficient number shall be placed alongside the barricades.
