§ 93.020  PERMIT REQUIRED TO OBSTRUCT STREET OR SIDEWALK.
   Except as otherwise provided in this code and any other ordinances of the town, it shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct or block any street or sidewalk, except upon permit issued by the Director of Public Works or his or her authorized representative.
