§ 93.008 STORM WATER DISCHARGE UPON SIDEWALK PROHIBITED.

It shall be unlawful for any person to permit or allow storm water from his or her premises to be discharged from any collecting pipe or drain upon any sidewalk within the town. All the pipes or drains shall be constructed below the sidewalk level.
