§ 90.141 PRESUMPTION OF OWNERSHIP.

There is hereby established a rebuttable presumption that the adult tax-listing property owner (or lessee of the premises, if rental property), at which the animal is kept, sheltered, harbored or taken care of, is the owner or keeper of the animal for purposes of this chapter.
