(A) Any animal found “at large”, as defined by § 90.001 of this chapter, whether or not it is displaying its current, valid rabies tag, will be subject to pick-up and impoundment.
(B) An effort will be made by the County Animal Warden to identify its owner.
(C) Any animal impounded for running at large shall be retained for no less than three days for redemption by its legal owner.
