§ 90.036  VOLUNTARY SURRENDER OF ANIMAL.
   If an owner surrenders his or her animal voluntarily to the shelter and no other section of this chapter has been violated, the Animal Control Officer may allow for the immediate adoption or euthanization of the animal.
