§ 90.034  AUTHORITY TO PLACE OR EUTHANIZE ANIMALS AFTER MINIMUM RETENTION PERIOD.
   Any animal(s) held for the minimum time periods may be placed for adoption in a suitable home or may be humanely euthanized at the discretion of the Animal Control Officer.
