§ 90.031  NOTICE OF IMPOUNDMENT.
   Upon impoundment of an animal, the Animal Control Officer shall notify the owner or keeper of the animal, if the owner or keeper can be readily identified, that the animal has been impounded and procedures for reclaiming the animal.
